Use of Information

By downloading or utilizing the Logic Workout Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Therefore, it is important that you read them carefully before using the app. You are prohibited from copying or modifying the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any manner. Attempting to extract the source code of the app or translating it into other languages or creating derivative versions is also not allowed. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with it, remain the property of LogicSports GmbH.

LogicSports GmbH is dedicated to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Hence, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will always provide clear information about any charges for the app or its services.

The Logic Workout Application stores and processes personal data you have provided to us in order to deliver our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and app access secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may expose your phone to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromising its security features and potentially causing the Logic Workout Application to malfunction or not work at all.

Please note that LogicSports GmbH will not be held responsible for certain matters. Some app functions require an active internet connection. While the connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, LogicSports GmbH cannot be held responsible if the app does not work to its full functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi or available data. If you are using the app without Wi-Fi coverage, please remember that your mobile network provider's terms of agreement still apply. This means you may be charged for data usage during your app connection or incur other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you're using the app on, please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, LogicSports GmbH cannot assume responsibility for the way you use the app. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device's battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to access the service, LogicSports GmbH cannot be held accountable.

Regarding LogicSports GmbH's responsibility for your app usage, please remember that while we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, we may rely on third parties to provide information that we make available to you. Therefore, LogicSports GmbH holds no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying solely on the app's functionality.

At some point, we may release updates for the app. Currently available on iOS and iPadOS, the app's requirements may change, and you will need to download the updates to continue using it. LogicSports GmbH does not guarantee regular updates to ensure compatibility with the version of iOS/iPadOS installed on your device. However, you are expected to accept any offered updates to the application. We also reserve the right to cease providing the app and terminate its usage without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. Therefore, we advise you to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this page. The changes take effect immediately after they are posted.
